Artist's CommentsPlease note that this is a prototype! That means it is the first time I have even attempted this helmet. So it being the first time through, there will be obvious mistakes that I will be fixing the next time I make one. That being said. Yes, I can make these for cosplay. It will be the buyer's responsibility to figure out how to attach it to their head. This thing is made from Model Magic, and is fairly light weight. The fact that the helmet starts from the middle of your head is the hardest part about keeping it on. This thing can also take a bit of a beating. I've already accidentally dropped it twice, and there is minimal damage. The horn has the tiniest of a separation crack. Also please ignore how the helmet fits the styrofoam head, since those things are rediculously undersized. D: You can see about ordering this helmet and other cosplay items in this journal. When my friends first talked about arrancar masks I suggested it; I thought it would be the best material because it's so lightweight and is already white (if you get the white color, of course).
However, they rejected it. Claimed the stuff never dried (and thus would change shape on you, such as because of a weight pressing against it or, idk, gravity.
Is this true? Or does the stuff dry hard to actually be useful? And do you use any particular tools to shape it?
An answer would be very much appreciated, and I'm sorry for all the questions.
